Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Partner with senior business leaders to develop their talent strategy to support a fast-growing business while maintaining an engaging, respectful and fun work environment.
- Drive organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, talent management, performance management and skills assessment and development.
- Coach Business Partners in career development, leadership and management practices
- Assist in the development and implementation of people plans and solutions that deliver results and a work environment where all employees can thrive and grow.
- Review and analyze business metrics including data on retention and employee experience in order to recommend systemic improvements.
- Partner with the business to lead Organization and Leadership Reviews, which focus on succession planning, talent development and organizational health priorities.
- Provide compensation support to leaders for salary actions including the annual salary review, promotions and job re-leveling situations.
- Partner with the Site HR Partner organization to work with managers and employees to address various employee relations issues, fairly representing all interests.
- Attend regular business meetings with respective business units.
- Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Assists international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.
- Lead or contribute to cross functional/business HR Projects.
- Facilitate leadership Training for Senior Leadership as needed in collaboration with the T & OD COE.
- Partner with regional HRBPs, Centre of Excellence (COE) Partners, Strategy and Operations partners to deliver on talent strategy and operational plans.
- Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
- Minimum of 8 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues.
- Working knowledge of multiple Human Resources disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Cetified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential.

Working Conditions
- Global position requires being able to start early and work late as needed.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Physical Requirements
- Sitting for extended periods while working on a computer or conducting meetings.
- Use of hands and fingers for typing, writing, and handling documents.
- Occasional lifting of objects or materials up to 20 pounds for administrative tasks.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
- Mobility within the office environment to attend meetings or interact with colleagues.
