Title:RN Supervisor
Location: Bethlehem, PA
Duration of the project: 07+ Weeks
Shifts: Nights - 12 hours
Guaranteed Hour: 24hr./Weekly
Working days: Sat & Sun
Job Summary: As a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor specializing in rehabilitation within our nursing home facility, you will assume a leadership role, overseeing and coordinating the delivery of high-quality care to residents undergoing rehabilitation. In addition to providing direct patient care, you will be responsible for supervising nursing staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a collaborative environment that promotes excellence in rehabilitation nursing. This role requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of patient care.
