SalaryKey Role:
Support the Global Defense Events Lead in the planning and execution of Booz Allen's presence at defense industry conferences and other signature Marketing Events. Manage project marketing activities in support of the event such as the development of marketing materials, pre- and post-event email promotion, associated advertising, content creation, and social media posts. Travel on-site for 10-12 events per year to ensure smooth booth set up, support of booth staff, and coordination of the delivered materials. Work collaboratively with events lead and other corporate partners to manage exhibitor and vendor requirements.
Basic Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience managing and supporting trade show and conference logistics or managing large-scale corporate events
- 1+ years of experience in marketing or corporate communications including development of marketing materials and event promotion plans
- Ability to pay strict attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with Department of Defense service association conferences such as AUSA, Space Symposium, Air Space and Cyber, and Modern Day Marine
- Experience with content management tools such as Kapost or Sprinkler
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software such as Microsoft Dynamics or SalesForce
- Knowledge of Department of Defense protocol
- Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or hospitality management

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $49,800.00 to $102,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
