The Global Account Manager Coordinator will support our Global Sales Team ensuring our client's engagement and partnership.
What you'll do:
- Produce timely and accurate RFP documents, Customer Reporting, Contract agreements, and Sales Presentations including QBR decks
- Utilize Salesforce.com (as tracked via Salesforce.com monthly reporting) to ensure each portfolio customer has an accurate record, including the following:
- Generate monthly portfolio database for each Global Account Manager
- Verify accuracy of new/renewed Agreements in pricing object as inputted by ABG Sales Admin
- Ensure accuracy of competitive information, account travel agency data, contacts, and insurance employment verification on all portfolio accounts
- Assist Global Account Manager with complaint resolution process as needed and Log service complaints
- Ensure all international rates are up-to-date and recorded
- Log all relevant tasks & events and other components as agreed upon with Global Account Manager.
- Support account contact's self-service use of Business Intelligence
- Proactively manage customer international rate files for all customers in the Global Account Manager portfolios
- Complete & track monthly revenue generating activities
- Drive customer service activities to Account Services to best support revenue generating activities
- Support prompt insurance claims resolution through coordination with Sedgwick or licensee provider as needed and as directed by Global Account Manager
- Set up Billing and provide updates as needed
- Manage issuance, tracking and inventory of Avis/Budget free day coupons for your team (as applicable
What we're looking for:
- 3-5 years of administrative experience
- Sales Support experience is preferred
Skills and abilities you should have:
- Experience in Microsoft Suite
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint experience is required
- Ability to create reporting and presentations
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills - ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Effective presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
- Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams
- Salesforce experience is preferred
