Qualified candidates will have:

• Ability to obtain T1 Security Clearance
• Current or Past GFEBS roles
• Candidate must have at least 3-5 years of relevant execution experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Office 365 (Teams, One Note)
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate with all levels of an organization to include senior military and government civilian personnel.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, including ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

Position Description:

Provide professional services in support of the Army's General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) Plant Property & Equipment (PP&E) functionality to include onsite and online training as requested by IMCOM HQ G4.

Provide resolutions to the Public Works Support Services help desk in the areas of PP&E functionality which includes Real Property Accountability, Plant Maintenance Order execution, Plant Maintenance master data, Project Systems, cProjects, and Supply Management.

Possess the ability to pull, format, and analyze Business Intelligence (BI)/Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) reports for tracking against established financial metrics.

Travel required less than 20%

Key tasks:

• Provide assistance to Army garrisons worldwide and HQ IMCOM personnel on the standardized use of GFEBS PP&E functionality.
• Provide support with research, analysis, and documentation to support special projects and tasks.
