Overview:
Marc Jacobs International, powered by the creative genius of Marc Jacobs, seeks a Temp - Quality Assuranceto join the Warehouse team based in Savannah, Georgia
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct thorough inspections of all incoming Marc Jacobs products at the Distribution Center in Savannah, Georgia.
• Perform packaging, minor repairs as needed, labeling, and quality checks to ensure compliance with Marc Jacobs standards.
• Audit returns upon arrival, ensuring proper documentation and coordination with relevant teams for Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) on the same day.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to handle non-Marc Jacobs returns and worn or used products efficiently.
• Manage reshipments of dust bags/straps for e-commerce clients.
• Conduct audits to differentiate between damaged and sellable items among returns.
• Perform inbound audit inspections for factory shipments to ensure carton-level inventory control and quality spot checks for products from smaller factories.
• Identify damages not related to returns as reported by the on-site inventory control team.
• Assist in quality control projects prior to product dispatch to the office, including resolving bin check issues.
• Oversee onsite tag printing for RFID and returned products to streamline operations and reduce overtime.
• Maintain strict adherence to Marc Jacobs' quality requirements and protocols.
• Provide clear and detailed reports on inspections, following Marc Jacobs protocols.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance within a distribution center or similar environment.
• Strong understanding of quality control processes and procedures.
• Experience with quality inspection methods and tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrate efficiency and organization in completing daily tasks.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions independently.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
