Compensation
$90,000 per year, plus overrides, bonuses, and commissions

- You have a track record of success in recruiting, hiring, and training sales professionals.
- Knowledge of digital and Broadcast
- You are self-motivated and results oriented.
- You have an outgoing, resilient personality.

The best candidate will have:
- 3 - 5 years of multimedia sales experience, preferred
- Proven record of meeting and exceeding sales objectives
- Proven ability to solve local advertiser's marketing challenges with creativity and intelligence.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Positive and energetic leadership style with high integrity, strong work ethic and ownership of outcomes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, such as:
- Word
- PowerPoint
- Excel
