SalarySmall and Fun Photography Studio in Pineville is hiring one full time General Office Admin. Position is Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM. Neither remote or hybrid opportunities are available for this position.
We are looking for a team members who has a "Type-A" personality - who works fast and is very accurate. Great eyesight and attention to detail. You will perform an assortment of duties including but not limited to:
- Using Windows to sorting thousands of digital photos taken each day
- Fulfilling photo orders
- Framing and creating photo merchandise
- Answering phone calls during elevated periods
- Email with potential and current clients
You must have:
- Excellent Microsoft Window PC skills
- Familiarity with Google Drive, such as Google calendar & Google sheets
- Great attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, ever-changing, high-production environment
- Possess good written & verbal skills to be able to communicate professionally with internal & external customers
- Capability to sit at a desk for long periods of time daily
- Ability to lift boxes up to 35lbs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
