**Manager in Training** **Responsibilities:** - Assist in managing daily operations of the store - Learn and implement company policies and procedures - Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer issues - Train and develop team members on product knowledge and sales techniques - Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management - Assist in creating employee schedules and managing payroll - Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales targets and goals - Conduct employee orientations and ensure compliance with company policies **Requirements:** - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills - Ability to effectively communicate with team members and customers - Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management - Previous experience in team management or leadership role preferred - Bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Join our team as a Manager in Training and embark on a rewarding career path.
