General Manager

Heritage has the largest inventory of new and used Chrysler vehicles in the area! Our General Manager will have top line management responsibilities to effectively lead both variable and fixed operations for our elite dealership team to turn our inventory in to opportunity and revenue.

General Manager Responsibilities:

• Hire, motivate, mentor all Dealership employees
• Ensure long-term growth, profitability and sustainability
• Set sales and service goals, track progress, and lead the team to achieve and exceed those goals
• Manage both New and Used Car Inventory
• Lead Fixed Operations department

General Manager Qualifications:

• Automotive leadership experience with increasing responsibility
• Proven success in managing sales and service staff and dealership inventories
• Must be able to lead by example
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of how the internet is driving our business
• A strong work ethic
