RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee performance review process for all employees
- Ensure all new hires are thoroughly trained on the expectations of service standards
- Implement operating standards for the service team
- Perform various financial activities, such as cash handling, deposit preparation, and payroll
- Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times
GENERAL MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience
- 5+ years of restaurant/hospitality experience
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Communicates information effectively and efficiently.
