Overview:

• Lead and manage daily operations of the restaurant
• Minimum five years of managing Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) operations.
• Entrepreneural attitude, innovative, and quests for continuous improvement.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
• Hire, train, and supervise staff members to ensure efficient operations and adherence to company policies
• Commitment to fostering an environment of superior guest service and quality;
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events, banquets, and catering services
• Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant recipes, portioning, cooking and serving standards.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
• Successfully handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Prior experience in restaurant management
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests, staff members, and vendors
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Passion for delivering an exceptional dining experience
• Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, POS, and Open Table, Radar, Triple Seat

Salary: $75,000.00 - 95,000.00 yearly
