GENERAL MANAGER

Compensation:$70K base + $10-15K bonus potential
We’re looking for an outgoing and customer-service oriented professional to join our team. You are an energetic, well-organized, creative problem solver and goal-oriented team player who loves a challenging and fun environment.
The General Manager is not an hour-counter, but works the hours necessary to hit their goals. Ideally, a qualified General Manager will have experience in the different facets critical in small business: sales, marketing, administration, operations, and human resources.
Duties include:
- Administrative tasks, such as payroll, invoicing, accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Staffing tasks, such as hiring, staff scheduling, performance management, and development/training
- Marketing tasks, such as development and implementation of marketing plans
- Relationship building with realtors, property managers, and other company services in our target markets to increase sales
- Maintaining relationships with customers
- Follow ups on estimates
- Achievement of all operational related goals
- Completion of all office manager responsibilities
About you:
- You have a great attitude, are reliable, and hardworking
- You’re a good listener and conversationalist - able to build rapport quickly
- You have relevant experience - ideally running a small business
- You have a valid driver’s license
- You have a clean driver’s abstract
- You have a reliable vehicle
- You are 21+ years of age.
