General Manager In Training

The General Manager In-Training allows the employee to learn the duties of, and is used as a training role to advance to the position of General Manager. The employee will hire and train other team members, will assist in making sure the team adheres to company policies, resolving customer complaints, leading the team and organizing the team schedule and controlling costs. Other responsibilities include making store deposits, open and close the store, maintain store cleanliness and to generally act in a supervisory role to support the General Manager.
