RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Increase membership sales
  • Maintain strong member retention
  • Drive revenue growth
  • Oversee day-to-day operations
  • Lead and motivate a team
  • Provide ongoing training for sales staff
  • Create a positive studio culture
  • Initiate and participate in grassroots marketing and community outreach events
  • Provide five star customer service to members and prospects
  • Resolve member issues/conflicts effectively
  • Enforce Club Pilates policies and procedures
  • Expand social media presence
  • Manage class and sales associate schedules
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of studio

COMPENSATION & PERKS

  • Salary = $40,000 - $45,000 plus Bonus = $25,000 - $30,000+
