Assistant General Manager

Responsibilities:

- Overseeing daily operations on Ketchikan's Cruise Ship dock
- Manage and train staff in ticket sales and customer service
- Maintain daily records of tours sold and match with credit card sales and cash.
- Help create and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
_ Insure that tours depart and return on time
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Assist with scheduling and shift management to ensure adequate staffing levels
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement policies and procedures

Experience:

- Previous experience in a leadership role within the tour industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Proven ability to provide exceptional hospitality and customer service

Benefits:

This is a seasonal position from May 1st thru September 30th. This position pays $4,000.00 per month with a bonus of $2,500.00 provided you stay until the end of the season. Free housing, internet and laundry facilities are provided. We also pay to fly you to Ketchikan and fly you home at the end of the season September 30th. Must have a clean driving record and be able to pass a drug test
