THE OPPORTUNITY

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a General Manager to lead our team at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee. QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 3-5 years of management experience in ala carte restaurants with experience in high volume executition in a sports venue.
• Extensive sustainability experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business management or similar.
• Operational financial management accountability and budgeting experience.

• Hire, train, and develop the new management team and ensure team members are set up for success to provide great experiences for guests.
• Establish and maintain safety and sanitation procedures, ensure compliance with all regulations regarding sale of alcohol, OSHA, payroll, and employment guidelines.
• Maintain positive client relations and develop and manage all vendor relationships.
• Make operational and staffing recommendations and establish prices for products and services within approved budget.
• Verify, prepare, and submit reports and monthly projections needed for cash, inventory, and payroll.
