Overview: The General Manager has overall responsibility for the successful operation of the hotel and for meeting or exceeding its financial objectives.

• Directs the total operation of the hotel to maintain established cost and quality standards.
• Attains projected revenue and profit levels.
• Achieves guest satisfaction goals and ensures maintenance and security of the hotel's physical assets.
• Develops and updates the hotel business plan and monitors financial performance.
• Administers company policy and procedures.

• onsite Qualifications:
• College degree in Hotel Restaurant Management, Accounting/Finance, Business or equivalent preferred.
• Proven record as a successful leader showing positive financial and employee engagement survey results.
• Hilton brand experience prefered.
• Must have at least 3-5 years of experience of progressive hotel leadership experience. Compensation Range: The compensation for this position is $65,000.00/Yr. - $80,000.00/Yr. based on qualifications and experience.
