We are currently looking to add a General Manager with experience in the construction and/or the home improvement industry. We are a fast-growing company and need someone to lead our team at this location and serve our customers.

What you’ll do:
- Ensure a Five-Star Experience for all employees and customers
- Meet or exceed operational and budget goals through great leadership
- Hire, train, develop and motivate operational, production and administrative staff in the market
- Prepare and report on KPIs to plan day/week/month
- Report on and analyze weekly and monthly financial performance
- Manage weekly production and plan jobsite visits, ensure installations meet business expectations and follow SOPs
- Ensure high quality customer service, communication and quality of installation and service
- Increase online reviews and customer referrals
- Hold weekly staff meetings, including safety meetings
- Collaborate with support teams such as Finance and Accounting, Business Administration, HR, and Compliance, as necessary, to achieve company goals.
- Serve as point of contact for all office related items, i.e. security, building maintenance, phone and computer systems, mail delivery, etc.
- Work is typically performed during a standard work week, with additional hours as needed to meet market demands
- May require occasional travel
Successful candidates will have:
- 5+ years construction/home improvement management experience
- Proficient in an income statement and drivers of financial performance
- Experience leading a performance-driven culture
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Ability to multitask and deliver five-star customer service
- Must maintain a clean driver’s license and be able to obtain a DOT medical card to drive company vehicles
