SalaryGeneral Managers are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the dealership, meeting financial performance goals as agreed to by CEO including meeting parts, service, sales and profit numbers while ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction. Additionally, they ensure the Customer Service Index (CSI) standards are maintained at or above region average, they attract and retain quality staff and maintain favorable retention ratio on an annual basis. They also promote individual car brands and Haselwood Auto Group.
Qualifications include
- Automotive retail General Manager experience or completed NADA GM training.
- Strong leadership abilities.
- Ability to set and achieve targeted goals set by Dealer.
- Proven ability to attract, develop and retain great talent.
- Strong financial and business acumen and the ability to drive revenue and profitability.
- Market Share effectiveness at manufacturer standard.
- Customer satisfaction is above manufacturer standard.
- Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organization and follow-up skills. Experience and desire to work with technology.
- Valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
