As the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, booking private events, taking and organizing catering orders, and driving profitability. ```Responsibilities```
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, and financial performance
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards
- Train and mentor staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards
- Manage inventory levels and control costs to achieve budget targets
- Utilize Toast POS system to manage orders, payments, and inventory
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in hospitality or management is required
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and beverage offerings
- Preferred knowledge of Toast POS systems
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
