Job requirements:
This position requires a minimum of 50 hours per week at your home restaurant on site. Regular work days must include Thursday thru Sunday and at least 2 nights of being the closing manager. You can request weekends off as needed. We want our managers to have at least one weekend per month
Responsibilities include:
. Helping with a Successful New Restaurant Opening by creating a Great positive work environment, constant Training & Development of the Hospitality Standards/Service Steps, Solid Communication & Leadership and lastly, holding your team accountable to the Blast Company Standards
· Improve Check Averages through coaching suggestive selling standards
· Increase overall Sales by coaching suggestive selling through working side by side with team members to verify that upselling, suggestive selling, and Add-ons are being offered to every guest
· Focus on creating a strong lunch business through the new lunch menu program
· Focus on creating a strong dinner business through the new nightly dinner specials program and new menu rollout
· Setup and enforce process & procedures to control Food Cost
· Setup and enforce process & procedures to control Labor Cost
· Setup and enforce process & procedures to control Alcohol Cost
· Continue to develop your management with their leadership, communication, professionalism, accountability, and overall hospitality standards
· Setup and ensure high Standards for our food quality, timeliness hospitality/service standards, and positive employee behavior
· Setup & ensure that all employee receive proper training, guidance, feedback, and held accountable to company policies & procedures
· Setup & ensure that all CCRG policies, practices, and procedures are followed and enforced
· Setup & ensure that we have accurate/up to date documentation regarding employee job performance
· Setup clear lines of communication between FOH and BOH in a timely manner to help build restaurant teamwork
· Continue to review & develop your knowledge with Aloha Backoffice, Restaurant 365, Schedulefly, Paylocity, Schedulefly, and Indeed programs
· Ensure the accuracy of the data being inputted into the POS system which includes sales & timeclocks
· Ensure all cash handling procedures are followed – Bank Deposits, Petty Cash, & Cash drawers are accurate & balanced
· Ensure all needed documentations/report are sent to Acctg & HR on a timely manner
· Setup and coordinate any holidays, store events, specials, etc. in a timely manner
