- Develop business strategy to help to generate more sales and increased profitability
- Work with Director of Operations to maximize net profitability for the Refectory
- Analyze KPI on a weekly basis
- Oversee the training process for all roles with help from the AGM
- Work with AGM to develop and build the events for Refectory
- Ensure scheduling meets the operational needs of the venue for every given week
- Update Menus in Aloha, Open Table, DoorDash, & Website
- Manage the floor responsibilities during service to ensure an excellent guest experience
- Ensure that Food & Beverage is being made to proper specifications and standards
- Create & Ensure SOP’s are being followed by the FOH & BOH staff
- Lead Guest Communication outreach and respond to online reviews
- Hire, Manage, Schedule, and train all FOH staff members with a department focus on bartenders
- Direct/coach Operations Managers
- Help to develop team members and implement team growth strategies
- Work with Director of Operations to establish HR infrastructure
- Issue corrective action and internal conflicts amongst team members
- Troubleshoot R&M items for the venue
- Create an organized Bar Inventory Process
- Assist in curating the beverage menu for Refectory
- Work with Chef on organized seasonal menu changes
- Achieve a 20% or under total Bar COGS
- Help to Lead the marketing strategy for Refectory including F&B, Events, and general promotional ads on social media/Google
- Ensure Venue is in compliance with State & Federal Labor Laws & Health Department Codes
- Input tip matrix at the end of the night
- Conduct cash handling at the end of the night to reconcile cash sales
- Send out End Of Night report when closing the venue
- Close out bartenders, support staff & servers as applicable
- Secure the venue and lock up at the end of the night
- Work with Director of Operations on operational needs for the venue
- Help assist with general miscellaneous items for The Refectory
