Superior Fence & Rail is an industry leader with multiple branch locations across the USA. We partner with a national home improvement chain, multiple home builders and general contractors for fence installation requirements.
Learn and adopt Superior Fence & Rail’s structured management process and complete required training. The Role of the General Manager to direct and manage our organization's business activities and to develop and implement effective business strategies and programs. The successful candidate for this role should possess excellent communication skills, superior knowledge of business functions, exceptional budgeting, and finance skills, and strong leadership qualities.
Job focus will be to learn and manage company policies, direct activities towards long term gails and profitability, meet or exceed KPIs for customer service, profitability, revenue, and budgets. Proficiently build, develop and lead a professional team that is successful in completing day to day to our standards. Compensation for this position is between $70k to $100k yearly with incentive components.
Primary Responsibilities
- Professionally represent Superior Fence & Rail
- Develop expertise in product knowledge, technical knowledge, industry and process knowledge in relevant product areas.
- Study and learn current marketplace, competitors and industry trends in order to identify new business and marketing opportunities and present them to the Owner.
- Overseeing daily business operations of the business (Installations, Production and Office)
- Developing and implementing growth strategies (to include managing budgets and improving revenue)
- Oversee the continued training of managers and staff
- Evaluating performance and productivity of direct reports and overseeing the performance and productivity of indirect reports
- Maintain professionalism of all employees and respond immediately to employee issues and customer needs
- Interact with customers and co-workers in a pleasant and professional manner
- Address potential client queries in a timely and professional manner.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
