General Manager

Location: 3585 Route 66, Neptune, NJ 07753

Store Hours: 10 am to 10 pm Monday-Sunday

Salary: starting at $55,000 per year

Career opportunity available for experienced Manager.  Arby’s in Neptune, NJ is seeking manager(s) with 1-2+ years of restaurant management experience. We are looking for team-oriented, hard-working staff with a positive attitude. Open availability is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Interviewing and recruiting new employees. Ensuring incoming staff comply with and are properly trained in company policies and restaurant procedures.
• Organizing and writing schedules, keeping track of employees’ hours, submitting payroll data on a weekly basis.
• Supervising daily shift operations, coordinating daily restaurant operations.
• Ordering food, small wares, and other supplies while staying within budget.
• Taking appropriate action to continually improve the level of service, drive overall guest satisfaction, increase return visits, and reduce customer complaints.
• Ensuring safety, sanitation, and security guidelines are always followed and immediately resolving any items identified in inspections.
