This is a full-time role where you'll work onsite five days per week -- 45 to 50 hours, including one weekend day. You will have the flexibility to schedule your days off (except Monday) to balance the needs of the car wash with your personal life.Your Qualifications Our goal is to recruit, retain and promote high-performing individuals interested in growing with our team.
To be a strong fit for the General Manager opportunity, you will have:

• A high school diploma or an equivalent certificate; a college degree is preferred, but not required
• 2-5 years of progressive leadership experience; car wash leadership experience is highly preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet the demands of the market. 45 hours (minimum) on site 
• Computer skills including basic MS Office (Word, Excel) or similar programs
• Comfort with basic mechanical duties/repairs, with and without assistance
• A service-oriented approach combined with a positive attitude, a sense of urgency, and a smile!

Physical requirements include the ability to:

• Work on your feet for an entire shift in a fast-paced environment 
• Lift and/or move 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds on occasion
• Work outside in all weather conditions 

The Job You will use your leadership, customer service, and relationship-building skills daily.
Reporting to the Area Manager, as General Manager, you will be responsible for effectively managing the car wash staff and operations, ensuring the site is running smoothly and customers are receiving outstanding service. You will work five days per week, including every Monday and one weekend day. Typically, GMs are onsite before the team arrives (approximately 6:30) and work 9-10 hours per day.
You'll lead a team of 10-12 employees, including four full-time site key holders (an Assistant GM and/or Team Leads). You'll manage, coach and mentor your team, helping members grow and develop professionally, including those working a part-time job and those with the attitude and ability to step up to a key holder position. You'll handle all staffing needs and challenges (e.g., scheduling, call-outs, new hires, terminations, etc.). Additionally, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative duties.
