We are partnered with a law firm that is seeking a dynamic, eperienced attorney - motivated Commercial Litigation Attorney with minimum 2 to 5 years experience to join their team in northwest Indiana.  The successful candidate will be responsible for handling commercial litigation matters, as well as variety of transactional/business litigation, some real estate and estate planning.  If this opportunity interests you, please reach out to me at 

Posting Title: Litigation Attorney

Salary: $85K - $115K

Responsibilities:

• Handle large volume of litigation paperwork, drafting and filing motions, discovery, production
• Business and Commercial litigation matters
• Transactional matters 
• Real Estate matters
• Contribute to the firm's commitment to excellence in legal services

Qualifications:

• Admitted to the Indiana Bar - must have
• Admitted to the Illinois Bar - a plus
• Minimum 2-5 years experience preferred
• Additional admissions in Federal Court jurisdictions is highly advantageous
• Proven expertise in writing, research and strategy in business and civil litigation
