SalaryWork in outdoor conditions year-round, lift at least 50lbs, stand, sit, squat, kneel, as well as have a good general knowledge about small hand tools of all kinds. Laborer will be required to put together and disassemble molds with or without tools, clean and prep molds for pouring of concrete. Assist customers and/or drivers with loading and unloading of products. Keep clean and organized work area and/or all other duties as assigned by supervisor. Employees get sick pay. After a year they start getting paid annual leave.
