We are looking to fill immediate positions for General Laborers. We request that General Laborers are eager to learn about the construction industry. Your job is essential because quality construction has both practical and aesthetic benefits. We are looking for team members who take pride in their craft. General Laborers must take pride in the work they are involved in and strive to learn a new trade.

A General Laborer isn’t required to have any technical experience. They should have some experience using various tools and be comfortable at different heights and spaces while observing all safety measures. They must be reliable and dependable, as well as possess excellent attention to detail in completing their duties (respect their craft). They must be attentive and embrace our tactics while providing feedback when they believe something could be done better (Employee Empowerment). General Laborers must show their ability to learn and have past experience in an on-the-job training environment.

Compensation: Our goal is to provide our Team Members with tremendous pay that exceeds their expectations. We are offering:

● An hourly wage of $22.00-$25.00 an hour, depending on skill.

● Free Dental/Vision Insurance.

● Per-job bonus pay structure. With per-job payment, you will be paid per job completion in a timely manner, with quality and time of completion being a factor.

Hours: A team member typically works from 8 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday. There will be opportunities to add more hours (Overtime) if desired.

Growth Opportunities: There is potential for any team member to climb the ranks and fill one of our Management or Administration positions when they progress in their skills. Our positions include; Beginning General Laborer, Experienced Carpenter, Carpenter Team Lead, Carpenter Foreman, and Carpenter Lead Foreman.

Responsibilities

● Perform general building construction and carpentry tasks at various residential, commercial, and/or industrial job site locations.

● Willing and eager to expand skills/knowledge in the construction field.

● Read job workflow instructions and examine surfaces to determine the amount of work necessary.

● Make on-site construction preparations.

● Organization of materials, job-site clean up, and assisting other team members.

● Building according to instructions using various tools.

● Adhere to all health and safety precautions.

Requirements

● Eager to learn construction and carpentry.

● Transportation to and from job sites.

● Show up to work 15 minutes before the start time and have your tools with you daily.

● Able to lead your crew.

● Excellent knowledge of various construction materials and how to select/apply them.

● Solid knowledge of various construction techniques.

● Aptitude in using appropriate tools.

● Manual good balance to work on scaffolding, ladders, etc.

● Conscientious with great attention to detail.

● Ability to work with other team members.
