Key Responsibilities
- Must be able to work either an 8-hour or 10-hour shift, Monday through Friday
- Shifts will begin 7:00am-3:00pm
- Shifts will transition into rotating 4on-4off, 12-hour schedules (6:00am-6:00pm/6:00pm-6:00am)
- Must be open to possible schedule change in the future 4-10s and 3-12s
- Extra hours will be expected when needed
- Weekend and rotating shift work will also be required after moving to production positions
- #1 responsibility is working safely each and every shift
- Sweep and shovel sawdust and wood shavings into cleanup hoppers
- Climb ladders to elevated work areas and work in enclosed areas
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent safety performance and attendance are key requirements
- Must be able to read, understand, and follow all safety rules and policies
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally
- Must possess computer literacy, mechanical reasoning skills and problem solving skills
- Must be able to work at elevated levels in confined spaces
- Must be able to read and understand a tape measure and perform basic math skills
