General Labor | 2Nd Shift - Entry Level- $18.50 (Warehouse Experience Needed)

General Labor- NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED

Job Summary

We are hiring General Laborers who will be a part of a highly motivated team, working on the production of outstanding products. You will assist in the safe production of quality products by ensuring parts are moved through the production process efficiently and checked for quality, including line loading, repacking, visual inspection, and sorting.

Responsibilities

· Follow all company rules and regulations related to environmental, health, and safety.

· Safely operate pallet jacks to lift and transfer materials from one place to another.

· Supply components to hoppers, indexing poles or conveyors.

· Load parts from the basket to machine conveyor.

· Remove finished parts from the machines. Inspect as necessary and pack properly.

· Visually inspect components and parts for defects, sort and disassemble defective parts.

Skills & Abilities

· Able to read, write and speak English well enough to successfully pass safety training.

· Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide, using whole numbers.

· Ability to follow instructions.

· Concentrate on a task over several minutes without being distracted.

· Arrange things or actions in a certain order or pattern.

Education and/or Experience

· High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.

Physical Requirements

· Employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.

· The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

· This position requires sufficient vision to see details at close range, so the person can pass an inspection test of finished parts and components.
