COMPREHENSIVE DESCRIPTION – MAIN OBJECTIVE:
As an associate of the manufacturing floor, you will have the opportunity to participate in the daily production of forged parts. We are an organization that values second chances, so if you have faced difficulties in the past, feel free to apply!
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for up to ten hours per day
- Flexibility to bend repeatedly into tubs to reach parts
- Aptitude to lift and safely grip objects with both of your hands
- Capability to lift parts weighing between three and twenty pounds repeatedly throughout the day
- Aptitude to lift up to thirty-five pounds
Safety Standards:
- Completion of Lock-Out/Tag-Out training as authorized personnel
- Completion of Personal Protective Equipment training
- Safe operation of all machinery
- Completion of forklift training (if necessary)
- Completion of Bloodborne Pathogen Training
Quality Control:
- Ability to read and write in English
- Completion of work instruction training documents
Production Duties:
- Efficient and steady operation
- Ability to work well with other employees
- Operating a forklift (if required)
- Relaying information to the supervisor in a timely manner
- Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards

- Previous experience in a Manufacturing Environment
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Experience in a Foundry Environment
Salary info:
$16 - $22 / hr
