### Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer to join our team. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for performing various duties to support our manufacturing operations. This is a physically demanding role that requires heavy lifting and the ability to stand for long periods of time. The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive reconstruction, polishing, grinding, buffing, and quality control.

### Duties:

- Move materials within the department to buff, grind, and polish before delivery

- Assist department with completing the finishing process on all materials before delivery

- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently

- Follow proper procedures for handling materials and small hand tools

- Fabricate or assemble products as needed

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

### Requirements:

- Previous experience as a laborer or in a similar role preferred

- Automotive reconstruction with grinding, sanding, buffing, and polishing a plus but not required

- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks for extended periods of time

- Knowledge of proper materials handling techniques

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.40 - $16.30 per hour
