We are looking for contractors with crews for long-term single family and multi family renovations. Contractors must have experience in kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, interior & exterior paint, flooring installation, interior/exterior carpentry.
Grow your business with us, we are looking for long term relationships for all of our ongoing projects in the area, we have a big portfolio of single and multi family properties needing full rehabs.
Contractors must have crews, their own set of tools, reliable transportation, the ability to show up on time, ready to work, current Certificate of Insurance and W-9.
Solid and Stable Work for at least the next 6 months - Same Site - No Alternating Travel
Bi-Weekly Pay - You Complete It, We Pay It - On Time - Every Time
Various Payment Methods - Check or Direct Deposit
