SalaryOptima Medical is an Arizona-based medical group consisting of 15 locations and 70 medical providers, who care for more than 120,000 patients statewide. Optima is currently seeking a General Contractor to perform various duties to ensure we run at optimal efficiency. The ideal General Contractor will be expected to oversee high-level construction projects for company clinic sites. Prioritize and balance construction plans and oversee tasks while working in a fast-paced environment.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Developing and overseeing high level project plans.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Perform quality control on the project throughout development to maintain standards expected. Revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met.
- Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues as necessary.
Qualification Requirements:
- General contracting/Foreman experience
- OSHA compliance training and regulations certification required
- Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem solving and leadership skills
