General Office Clerk

This is an Entry level position, in a fast paced Collection Agency office environment, assisting our Client Services department and other groups as needed.

Responsibilities will include: Answering and transferring calls on busy multi-lined phone system; correspondence and document processing; photocopying, scanning and faxing; updating and maintaining databases.

Desired Qualifications: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with accuracy while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality; professional attitude and appearance; flexibility to change; customer service skills; excellent verbal and written communications; and exceptional attendance.

Minimum experience required: Accurate keyboarding skills and proficiency in MS Office programs. Experience with legal, accounting, collections or medical billing procedures a plus.
