Floyd’s Heating and Air is a small Western Kentucky LGBT and family owned business that takes pride in providing top-notch HVAC services and fostering a workplace where every team member is valued. We do a mix of Residential and Commercial calls. We have service contracts with several hotels and apartment complexes, plus we are responsible for maintenance of the HVAC systems of all the western KY and Louisville stores of a nationwide pet chain.
In the next month, we are opening our second location in Webster County. Our next shop is currently under renovation in Providence.
This position is for someone who does not mind to get dirty, and needs/wants flexible hours.
You would be responsible for cleaning out former rental houses, cleaning out border buildings, separating useful items from trash, cleaning/maintaining our shop locations, mowing, and yard/tree cleanup.
Must have:
- Valid Drivers License and vehicle to get to work location
- No allergies to mice/dust/dirt
- Ability to work independently
- Strong organization skills
- Be Trustworthy
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $9.00 - $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
