Job Description
Overview: We are seeking an exceptional and results-driven Area Director of Operations to lead and oversee the successful management of two hotels in Kentucky. If you are passionate about the hospitality industry and have experience, ideally within the Hilton and Holiday Inn brand, this is an outstanding opportunity for you to make a significant impact in the local hotel market. Strategic Leadership: Your strategic leadership will set the course for the hotels' success. You will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies, ensuring each property operates efficiently and profitably.
Team Management: Inspiring and leading our dedicated hotel teams is crucial. Your guidance and support will enhance the performance and satisfaction of our staff, leading to exceptional guest service.
Financial Management: Managing budgets, forecasting, and financial analysis are vital to maintaining profitability. Your financial acumen will directly impact the financial health of the hotels.
Guest Satisfaction: Delivering exceptional guest experiences is at the heart of our business. You will work to maintain and enhance guest satisfaction levels through staff training and service quality initiatives.

Job Requirements

Minimum 4 years of hospitality management experience.
