In this critical support role, you will provide guidance, information, and assistance in an inbound Contact Center environment supporting individuals, families, and businesses that have been impacted by recent events. Work Helping Others as a Contact Center Agent We are looking to hire Contact Center agents to work in these critical support roles.
You must have flexible work hours and be willing to work a variety of shifts. You will also need access to 10 Mbps of download speed and 1 Mbps of upload speed of dedicated internet bandwidth (satellite provided internet service will not qualify). Training will be provided.
