Job Description:
This position provides Customer Service, inputs and investigates cases, fields calls, and monitors the process of solving the customer's case. He/She documents incoming information regarding the customer's concern and investigates all evidence until the case is completed.
Compensation
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $48,568/year to $78,936/year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate's work experience.
