SalaryResponsibilities:
- Organize and maintain the garden area to ensure a clean and visually appealing environment
- Assist customers in finding and selecting plants, flowers, and gardening supplies
- Stock shelves and displays with merchandise
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and offering gardening advice
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of products
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills to maintain a well-organized garden area
- Fluent in English to effectively communicate with customers and team members
- Knowledge or interest in gardening and plants is preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to operate a skid steer, loader tractor, and forklift is a plus
We are looking for a dedicated Garden Associate to join our team. As a Garden Associate, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service, maintaining the garden area, and assisting customers with their gardening needs. If you have a passion for plants and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Working one weekend day is a must. As well as ability to work outside in rain or shine.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
