Layton Gaming has expanded into a 6k square foot space where we will host the biggest TCG tournaments in all of Central Florida. We will run Warhammer 40k, D & D, Pokemon, MetaZoo, Flesh and Blood, and Magic the Gathering events and much more.
Role Summary
As a retail sales associate, your day-to-day job duties and responsibilities might include:
- Greeting customers
- Answering customer questions related to merchandise and store policies
- Recommending products or services based on customer needs
- Processing customer payments and refunds
- Opening and closing of the store in accordance with operating hours
- Stocking, organizing, and taking inventory of merchandise
- Keeping the store clean
Position Requirements:
***VERY IMPORTANT***
- Retail experience required is a MUST!
- Experience in Pokemon, Warhammer, Flesh & Blood, TCG's, and/or all things Gaming.
- Some Tournament experience required in TCG and or Warhammer 40k.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Must have good understanding of basic computer concepts and technology.
- Must be proactive and a self-learner.
- Possess strong professional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Must have a good attitude and ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Starting pay of $15.00 per hour. More pay per hour for the right fit!
