Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and driven Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, assisting clients in finding the perfect furniture pieces to suit their needs, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Responsibilities:

· Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

· Understand and effectively communicate product features, benefits, and detail information.

· Listen to customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable furniture options.

· Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability.

· Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment.

· Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

· Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

· Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals.

· Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings.

· Uphold company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

· Previous sales experience in furniture or retail preferred.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong customer service orientation with a genuine desire to assist others.

· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

· Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Knowledge of interior design principles is a plus.
