Responsibilities and Duties
- Conduct Mental Health assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain thorough documentation, including ongoing diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes, in accordance with company policies.
- Full-time clinicians are expected to maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and collaborate with our dynamic team to fulfill our mission of bridging gaps in our community.
- Utilize creative interventions to help clients achieve and surpass their goals.
- Prepare and submit individual session documentation following company guidelines and protocols.
- Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical staff, other Ellie team members, and school staff as required.
- Attend and actively participate in all clinical staff meetings, marketing/outreach efforts, and training sessions.
- And, of course, handle any other important tasks we may have forgotten to mention, which are just as meaningful and vital to your role!
- A master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university, with licensure progress in your designated field.
- Texas clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LP) is mandatory.
- Preferred experience and training in areas such as art therapy, play therapy, Gottman therapy, and sand tray therapy.
- Proven experience in completing treatment plans and clinical case notes.
- Proficiency in working with adolescents, adults, and families.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain appropriate boundaries with clients.
- Timely completion and submission of service documentation and other related documents.
- Comfort and experience in working with a diverse client base.
- Proficiency in typical office technology (computers, e-mail, etc.) and Electronic Health Record systems.
- Successful background check clearance.
- Fully licensed Mental Health professionals (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LP) with a valid state of Texas License.
- Preferred experience in couples and family therapy.
- General knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and prior experience with Mental Health documentation.
- Ideal candidates will be credentialed with insurance panels.
