Position: Full-time Member Relations Representative
As a Member Relations Representative, you will provide quality service to members and perform a variety of teller duties involved in the general operation of the credit union. You ensure members receive friendly, accurate and timely processing of transactions including making deposits, withdrawals, payments, and account assistance.

• At least 6 months of cash handling and customer service experience is required.
• Prior teller experience is a plus
• This position receives cross-training to open new accounts, perform account maintenance, loan processing and funding.
• Must be able to pass background and drug screen.

Full- time: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday; shifts could vary between 7:15 am and 6:30 pm. Rotating Saturdays are required, and the hours are approximately 8:15 am to 12:30 pm.
