Full Time/Part Time Barista

Presenting our brand from ARK FNC, Smoking Tiger is ready to open and is looking for members to join the crew! Our goal is to create a space where people of all ages can come together to create shared memories and embrace cultural differences without barrier. As we serve our specialty coffee to each customer that walk thru our doors.

We are looking for friendly, hard working, self-motivated PART-TIME and FULL-TIME Team Members to fufill that role. In this role, you will be preparing drink items, packaging bread items, educate customers on menu items, recommend items based on customers’ preferences and provide friendly service. Ultimately, we want customers to leave feeling that they had a great overall experience!

We have a rapidly growing and evolving team with many opportunities to learn and grow within the company. You can expect to learn a great deal about the industry while having fun with like minded, young peers!

WHO YOU ARE

Responsibilities / Expectations:

• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Be well-versed in the baked good & drink items at the store
• Prepare drinks according to recipes in a fast-paced and team oriented environment
• Always maintain a clean and organized work station
• Be proactive by making sure that drink are made correctly & customers are being served with the best quality.
• Receive vendor orders and verify correct items and quantities have been delivered

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service
• At least 6 months of experience in the specialty coffee industry is preferred
• Food Handlers Certified
• Available and flexible to work various shifts with teammates
• Great customer service and work attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Great team management skills
• Basic math and computer skills
• Eligible to work in the United States and is 18 years of age.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour
