Barista / Cashier Position

Challenging, individual/team building, and most importantly having fun. Cashier/ Drink Barista is the customer-facing key in creating a great Customer Experience by providing prompt & friendly service, taking accurate orders, preparing quality Che Desserts, teas, smoothies, and coffees fast and effectively. While maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment.

Requirements:

• 6 Month commitment
• Must be able to work weekends
• Must be able to work opening and closing shifts
• Part-time (15-25hrs a week)

Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of the businness. Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep the shoppe operating to standard and to set a positive example for the entire shift team. Maintain an energetic, friendly and caring attitude at all times.
• Anticipate customer and shoppe needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues. Communicate timely information to manager so that the team can respond as necessary. Maintain our shoppes high standards and quality every day.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers by listening and responding to customer needs and requests.
• Follow the shoppe's operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security, to ensure the safety of all customers and employees.
• Ability to effectively multitask and work efficiently communicating with team members.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and shoppe that promotes a healthy and welcoming environment. This does include some dish washing.
• Provide quality dessert drinks, smoothies, coffees, teas and other beverages, consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards. Follow all product and shoppe health, safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
