Full Time Teacher

Sprouting Minds Childcare is a family owned and operated daycare center in Omaha, Elkhorn, and Papillion. The Sprouting Minds brand is a culmination of 15 years of running successful daycare operations in the metro area. The systems have been perfected and implemented equally at every location to provide a consistent level of care no matter which location you attend. The main focus is to provide a safe and secure, state-of-the-art environment with owners that are always engaged with the business and strive to provide a level of care they would expect for their own children, who also attend regularly.

Sprouting Minds Development Center is seeking Full-time and Part time teachers to join our organization! This individual will work in all of our classrooms assisting teachers with teaching duties, cleaning duties needed and greeting parents.

$1,000 hiring bonus after 60 days!

Responsibilities:

• Instruct all-aged children in activities designed to promote intellectual and creative growth
• Create a fun and safe learning environment
• Develop schedules and routines to ensure adequate physical activity, rest, and playtime
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with students, staff and parents
• Communicate with parents on students' growth and progress
• Maintain the health and safety of all students

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in childcare, teaching, or other related fields (preferred, not required)
• Passionate about working with children
• Positive and patient demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience would be a plus but not necessary / Daycare teacher / Childcare teacher / Preschool teacher / Daycare assistant / teacher assistant / early childcare education / infant teacher / toddler teacher / floater teacher/ Prek
