Mercedes FT Mitchell has an opening for a Full Time Receptionist Hours 9am to 6pm

Job Responsibilities

• Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries to the appropriate departments.
• Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department.
• Answers questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information.
• Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Performs other clerical tasks as needed.

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILL & LICENSES:

• Customer Service - Manages difficult or emotional customer situations; responds to requests for service and assistance.
• Communication skills Effective in both oral and written communication
• Professionalism - Approaches others in a tactful manner; Reacts well under pressure; Treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position; Accepts responsibility for own actions; Follows through on commitments.
• Quality - Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness.
• Quantity - Meets productivity standards.
• Attendance/Punctuality- Is consistently at work and on time.

Minimum Job Requirements

• Diligent and confident work ethic
• Excellent communication skills
• High School diploma or GED
• At least three months related experience
• Successfully passing a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Must be flexible for weekend coverage.
• Computer skills (Microsoft, Excel, etc.,)
