SalaryFull-time Nanny needed in Waban for two children, ages 8 months and 4.5, starting as soon as possible. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8am to 6pm, with 50 hours guaranteed weekly. The family would love to find a nanny who can commit for many years to come!
A great match for this role is a professional career nanny who is warm, joyful, brings a positive attitude and excitement to the day, energetic, active, intuitive, and experienced caring for and creating a nurturing, enriching, and interactive environment filled with creative, fun, and engaging activities for two young children. Someone proactive and social who will take the initiative to plan outings, facilitate playdates with other nannies, and encourage outdoor play would be a great fit! Also, a nanny with honest and transparent communication skills and a collaborative mindset will work well in this position.
A safe driver with a clean driving record is required; the family will provide a vehicle for the nanny to use during working hours.
Please be comfortable with two parents who work from home in private offices.
A minimum of three professional references required.
Compensation: $32+/hour ($90,000+/year min.) with optional healthcare stipend, two weeks of paid vacations, 8+ paid holidays, and 40 hours of sick time. All pay on the books through payroll.
